Rock Wool Color Steel Plate

Its core material is primarily made from basalt and other natural ores, which are melted into fibers at high temperatures and then processed with suitable binders to form a solid board. It is a new type of fireproof panel with the strongest fire resistance within the same category (sandwich panel systems). This product is suitable for the thermal insulation and sound absorption of drying rooms, paint baking booths, industrial equipment, buildings, and ships. It is also applicable for electronic cleanrooms, purification rooms, and explosion-proof/fire-resistant workshop ceilings and partitions. The product has passed the national testing center’s fire endurance limit test, with a fire resistance time of 80 minutes. The panel thickness can be manufactured from 50-150 mm and customized according to client requirements.


Purification Fixed Window

Available in single-layer and double-layer types, fixed onto wall panels. The window frame materials include aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel plate, and stainless steel SUS304. The window glass is tempered glass. Accessories:
1) All necessary hardware and double-sided sealing tape for installing the fixed window are provided by our company.
2) The surface treatment for cold-rolled steel plate frames is electrostatic powder coating (color customizable as per client requirements).


Steel Purification Door

1) Stainless steel hinges;
2) Stainless steel lock;
3) Stainless steel recessed bolt (for double-leaf doors);
4) The door bottom is equipped with a rising threshold seal (automatically lowers when the door is closed to seal the gap between the door bottom and the floor);
5) Self-adhesive sealing strips (applied around the door frame or door leaf) are used between the door leaf and frame to achieve an airtight state after closing;
6) Optional non-essential accessories can also be installed (door closers, anti-collision devices, door coordinators, etc.);
7) All necessary hardware for installing the purification door is provided by our company;
8) The door surface treatment is electrostatic powder coating (color customizable as per client requirements).


High-Speed Door, Electric Door

High-speed roll-up doors, also known as high-speed soft strip doors, refer to doors with an operating speed exceeding 0.6 meters per second. They are rapid-lifting, barrier-free isolation doors primarily used for quick isolation to ensure dust-free air quality levels in workshops. They offer multiple functions including thermal insulation, cold retention, insect prevention, wind resistance, dust proofing, sound insulation, fire resistance, odor prevention, and light transmission. Widely used in food, chemical, textile, electronic, supermarket, cold storage, logistics, warehouse, and various other locations, they highly satisfy the needs of high-performance logistics and clean environments, while also featuring energy savings, automatic closing adjustment, improved operational efficiency, and creating a better working environment.


Pass-Through Window

A pass-through window is auxiliary equipment for cleanrooms, mainly used for transferring small items between clean areas, or between clean and non-clean areas, thereby reducing the number of door openings into the cleanroom and minimizing contamination. The pass-through window is made of stainless steel plates, smooth and clean. The double doors are interlocked to effectively prevent cross-contamination, equipped with electronic or mechanical interlocking devices, and fitted with UV sterilizing lamps.

FFU Clean Unit

The FFU (Fan Filter Unit) can be used with modular connectivity, making it widely applicable in cleanrooms, clean benches, clean production lines, modular cleanrooms, and local Class 100 environments. The FFU incorporates both primary and high-efficiency filters. The fan draws air from the top of the unit, which passes through these filters. The filtered clean air is then discharged uniformly across the entire outlet face at a wind speed of 0.45 m/s ±20%.


Air Shower

An air shower is a necessary passage for personnel entering a cleanroom. It helps reduce contamination brought in by human traffic. The two doors of the air shower are electronically interlocked, also functioning as an airlock to prevent unpurified air from entering the cleanroom, thereby minimizing contamination from dust carried by personnel. When a person enters the air shower, high-speed clean air, filtered by HEPA filters, is sprayed from adjustable nozzles in all directions, effectively and quickly removing dust particles from clothing.


Air Filter

The GK series high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters utilize ultra-fine glass fiber paper and separator board media. This product features high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and high dust holding capacity. It is widely used in various local purification equipment and cleanrooms for air purification under normal temperature, pressure, and humidity conditions.


Air Self-Cleaner

The ZJ series air self-cleaner is an air purification unit that provides a localized clean work environment. It consists of a primary air filter, a fan, a HEPA filter, and a plenum box. The housing is made of steel plate with powder coating, and the interior is lined with sound-absorbing material. The unit offers low noise, simple structure, easy operation, and can operate by recirculating indoor air. It is a straightforward device for indoor purified air supply.

Class 100 Laminar Flow Ceiling Diffuser

The Class 100 laminar flow ceiling unit is a new generation clean air supply ceiling device manufactured based on leading domestic and international leak-blocking technology, incorporating patented technologies for operating room clean air supply ceilings and zero-pressure sealing. Using this equipment ensures rational airflow distribution within the cleanroom, effectively maintaining indoor cleanliness. It can be widely used in hospital clean operating rooms, clean wards, clean animal rooms, and other projects.

Recessed Stainless Steel Anesthesia Cabinet

Our medical cabinets are manufactured using Japanese technology, made entirely from imported stainless steel with a non-glare, brushed satin finish. They are recessed for easy fixing, facilitating equipment management and cleanliness, meeting the functional requirements of various operating rooms. The sink basin is double-layered, made of SUS304 stainless steel, with special sound insulation between layers. Ergonomically designed to prevent water splash during use. Features a gooseneck faucet with sensor-controlled water flow, safe and reliable. Equipped with an electric water heater and luxurious lighted mirror. Heating method: Electric. Soap dispenser: Infrared sensor. Disinfectant dispenser: Infrared sensor. Basin length: 1500mm for two stations, spacious and comfortable for simultaneous use.


HEPA Supply Air Outlet

The housing of the HEPA supply air outlet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder-coated finish. It includes a plenum box, a HEPA filter, and a diffuser plate. Ideal for terminal HEPA filtration in cleanroom ceilings for both renovated and new construction of various cleanliness classes, offering advantages like low investment and simple installation.

Round Diffuser

Used for both heating and cooling air supply, often installed in ceilings. Provides horizontal (laminar) airflow pattern and can handle high air volumes. The diffusion radius can vary within a given air volume range. Can be used with FK-13 round opposed-blade dampers. (Dimensions customizable by client).

Single/Double Layer Lowered Supply Air Outlet

The blades of the single/double layer louvered air supply outlet can be adjusted from 0 to 180 degrees, allowing different air throw distances. Can be equipped with opposed-blade dampers for air volume regulation. Blades can be configured with long blades in front or short blades in front. Outer frame dimensions come in two specifications: 25mm and 30mm.


Laminar Flow Hood

The JCZ type hanging clean laminar flow hood can be flexibly suspended above process points requiring high cleanliness to meet local high-cleanliness requirements.

Dust Collector

The bag-type unit dust collector is a product developed and improved based on technology introduced from the UK. It is an economical and efficient unit for localized dust collection. After a period of production use, its structure was further improved. The basic unit consists of three main parts: a fan, filter bags, and a dust hopper, all installed within a vertical frame. These improvements resulted in a novel and aesthetically pleasing design, stable performance, and easy maintenance. Designated Model PL-I.


Air Handling Unit (AHU)

1. The unit is shipped as components for on-site assembly. The frame is made from high-quality cold-formed sheet metal, featuring a channel-type, modular bolted structure. Panels are high-quality, lightweight insulated sandwich panels filled with polystyrene foam or polyurethane. All joints between panels and the frame are sealed with self-adhesive sealing strips. The overall structure is novel, lightweight, offers good sealing and insulation, and is easy to handle, transport, and install, resulting in short construction cycles.

2. The unit comprises various functional sections, allowing flexible selection and combination by design institutes and users. These sections include: mixing plenum with filters, mixing plenum, primary filter section, secondary return air section, coil & eliminator section, steam heating section, electric heating section, dry steam humidification section, fan section, medium-efficiency filter section, flow straightener section, silencer section, and discharge plenum section.

3. The matched fans are selected from advanced domestic KKF (or TDKF) type double-inlet centrifugal fans specifically designed for AHUs. They feature high efficiency, low noise, and a wide pressure range, suitable for low-pressure cooling systems, medium-pressure constant temperature systems, and high-pressure purification systems.

4. The matched heat exchangers (cooling/heating coils) have copper tubes with aluminum fins, double-louvered fins, expanded mechanically into the tubes. They offer good rigidity, high heat transfer efficiency, low air and water pressure drop, and can be used for both cooling and heating.

5. The heating section can be either steam/hot water or electric. The humidification section can also be either dry steam or electric. Design institutes and users can select based on actual conditions.
