Characteristics of Precious Metal Catalysts

The high-activity 1-2 nm platinum-based catalyst is synthesized using imported technology. The developed platinum-based catalyst exhibits excellent overall performance and is suitable for conventional VOCs gas treatment. It features low ignition temperature and high stability. The catalyst consists of nano-scale platinum metal particles anchored onto the surface of an oxygen-supplying carrier material, forming a unique structural effect. By incorporating special materials to stabilize its structure, it achieves long service life and low-cost advantages, making it a cost-effective catalytic combustion catalyst applicable to CO (Catalytic Oxidation) and RCO (Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation) systems.
