Applications

1. Suitable for various types of organic waste gases: hydrocarbons such as alkanes, alkenes, alcohols, ketones, ethers, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons, and benzene compounds.
2. Low-concentration organic waste gases (simultaneously below 25% LFL) with high air volume.
3. Waste gases containing multiple organic components or frequently changing organic compositions.
4. Waste gases containing components prone to catalyst poisoning or activity degradation.

RTO Regenerative Waste Gas Incinerator

Collaborating with the German automotive industry, we designed automated spraying processes. Waste gases generated in paint shops are treated through zeolite rotors and RTO systems, meeting exceptionally high environmental standards.
Partnering with global coating and textile giants, the German Müller Group and Japanese Teijin Group, we developed automated coating machinery and textile equipment. Customized RTO treatment systems and gas mixing chambers were designed for workshop waste gases, achieving perfect integration of energy recovery and waste gas treatment.
Working with the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, we tailored RTO solutions to address complex pollutant compositions, flammability, and explosion risks. Intelligent combinations of scrubbers, preheating devices, and ceramic filtration chambers ensure safe and effective environmental compliance. We also upgrade existing customer RTO systems to enhance waste gas treatment efficiency.
