Product Features:

1. The process technology adopted in this project has been selected as the “Key Practical Environmental Protection Technology” and “Environmental Protection Demonstration Project” by the State Environmental Protection Administration. It features advanced technology, stable and reliable equipment operation, low failure rate, easy maintenance, and low operating costs.

2. The use of high-efficiency composite fiber + mesh filters ensures complete removal of paint mist and other dust impurities, guaranteeing the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the purification facilities.

3. The full set of equipment is compact in structure, reasonable in layout, and elegant in appearance.

4. Emphasis is placed on safety performance, with multiple safety measures incorporated in the design to prevent safety accidents. The heater uses far-infrared finned electric heating tubes, which are safe and highly efficient.

5. The desorption-catalytic combustion system has a sophisticated structure and adopts a hot air compound circulation heat accumulation system, offering high thermal efficiency and minimal energy loss. It achieves a thermal balance between desorption endotherm and combustion exotherm, meaning the combustion process does not consume external electrical energy, resulting in particularly low energy consumption.

6. Complete regeneration results in a slow decline in adsorption rate and a long service life.

7. The catalytic combustion is highly efficient and ensures thorough purification. The use of a new honeycomb-shaped noble metal catalyst enables low ignition temperature, complete combustion, safe flameless burning, and non-toxic, harmless products. The catalyst has a long service life, and waste materials can be recycled.

8. The adsorption bed ensures uniform airflow distribution. It adopts a drawer-type structure for convenient loading of carbon, maintenance, and replacement. The built-in airflow distributor allows gas to pass uniformly through the cross-sectional area of the carbon layer without short-circuiting or penetrating the carbon layer, thereby optimizing adsorption effectiveness.
