Recently, our company has made significant technological achievements in the field of industrial waste gas treatment. The fully independent research and development of the “Die-casting Waste Gas Integrated Treatment Unit” has successfully achieved mass production and market launch. The introduction of this product marks a more targeted, efficient, and intelligent solution for the treatment of complex waste gases in the die-casting industry, providing strong support for the green transformation of the industrial chain.

As a critical part of the manufacturing industry, the demolding process of die-casting machines in die-casting workshops generates a large amount of complex waste gas containing oil mist, dust, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). These waste gases not only severely affect the workshop environment and workers’ health but may also cause air pollution if not properly treated. Traditional treatment methods often suffer from low purification efficiency, poor system compatibility, and high operational costs.

Addressing this industry challenge, our technical team has devoted years to research and successfully launched a new generation of die-casting waste gas integrated treatment units. The core innovation of this product lies in its “one unit, one source” targeted treatment concept, where a single treatment unit forms a closed-loop system with a single die-casting machine, achieving precise capture and efficient purification of pollution sources. It is reported that the standard model of this equipment covers a treatment capacity range of 30,000 to 60,000 m³/h, effectively meeting a wide range of waste gas emission demands.

Technically, this integrated unit combines multiple technologies, including mechanical filtration, electrostatic capture, and deep purification. The waste gas first passes through an efficient pre-treatment unit to remove large oil mist and dust particles. It then enters the core electrostatic zone, where micron-sized oil mist particles are charged and captured by a high-voltage electric field. Finally, the deeply filtered clean air achieves stable compliance with emission standards. The entire system adopts a PLC intelligent control system, featuring one-click start/stop, real-time monitoring of operational parameters, fault warnings, and remote operation and maintenance functions, significantly reducing operational complexity and maintenance costs.

Currently, this series of integrated units has been operating stably in multiple demonstration production lines of our company. Data show that the removal efficiency for oil mist and particulate matter remains consistently above 98%, earning high recognition from the production department. We believe that the widespread application of this product will set a new benchmark for promoting clean production and sustainable development in the die-casting industry and the broader manufacturing sector.
