To meet the diverse waste gas treatment needs of different industrial scenarios, our company has recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of its core waste gas treatment equipment products, forming a complete product matrix covering major pollutants such as acid mist, organic waste gas, silane, and smoke dust. All products adopt standardized design and modular production, aiming to provide customers with faster, more stable, and easier-to-maintain comprehensive solutions.

The flagship products in this upgrade include:

LWBF Type High-Concentration Acid Mist Purification Tower: Uses patented packing technology and an efficient spraying system, offering excellent absorption and purification efficiency for high-concentration hydrochloric acid mist, sulfuric acid mist, etc. The tower body is made of PP material, with strong corrosion resistance and long service life.

LWS Type Silane Combustion Tower: Specifically designed for the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries, it can safely and thoroughly combust highly toxic and flammable silane waste gas (SiH₄), converting it into harmless silica powder. The system is equipped with automatic ignition and flame monitoring devices, ensuring safety and reliability.

LWFL Type Organic Waste Gas Purifier: Suitable for small-to-medium air volume and medium-to-low concentration VOCs treatment scenarios. It can be used alone or as a pre-treatment unit in combined processes. The equipment is compact in structure and easy to install.

Water Film Dust Removal Device and Flue Gas Desulfurization Tower: Focus on treating smoke dust and sulfur dioxide generated by boilers and kilns. They achieve efficient desulfurization and dust removal through alkaline water film, helping enterprises achieve ultra-low emissions targets.

Modularity is the core strategy of this upgrade. By standardizing and modularizing various functional units (e.g., pre-treatment, main treatment, fan, control system), our company can quickly combine them like “building blocks” to create customized solutions that best fit the on-site conditions of customers.
