The desorption-catalytic combustion system has a sophisticated structure and adopts a hot air compound circulation heat accumulation system, offering high thermal efficiency and minimal energy loss. It achieves a thermal balance between desorption endotherm and combustion exotherm, meaning the combustion process does not consume external electrical energy, resulting in particularly low energy consumption.
The high-activity 1-2 nm platinum-based catalyst is synthesized using imported technology. The developed platinum-based catalyst exhibits excellent overall performance and is suitable for conventional VOCs gas treatment. It features low ignition temperature and high stability. The catalyst consists of nano-scale platinum metal particles anchored onto the surface of an oxygen-supplying carrier material, forming a unique structural effect. By incorporating special materials to stabilize its structure, it achieves long service life and low-cost advantages, making it a cost-effective catalytic combustion catalyst applicable to CO (Catalytic Oxidation) and RCO (Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation) systems.
The adsorption medium employs specialized activated carbon (fiber), which features a microporous structure and a large specific surface area. It provides high adsorption capacity, excellent recovery efficiency, and the recovered solvent is free from moisture, allowing it to be directly reused in production.
Purification rate of two-bed RTO exceeds 98%, while three-bed RTO achieves over 99%. Suitable for various types of organic waste gases: hydrocarbons such as alkanes, alkenes, alcohols, ketones, ethers, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons, and benzene compounds.
High Treatment Efficiency and Effective Odor Removal. The BCE series biological purification unit can effectively remove specific pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and methyl mercaptan, while also delivering excellent deodorization performance, achieving an efficiency of over 95%. The VOC-laden waste gases generated by domestic industries typically exhibit either **high air volume (≥20,000 m³/h) with low concentration (≤300 mg/m³)**, or **low air volume (<5,000 m³/h) with high concentration (≥3,000 mg/m³)**. These waste streams contain complex and diverse compositions, commonly including benzene, toluene, xylene, phenylacetone, styrene, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, acetone, butanone, methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, n-butanol, n-hexane, acetic acid, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, etc.
The ZY-SF300 Self-Induced Spray Wet Dust Collector operates by using an electric motor to drive a centrifugal fan, creating negative pressure within the sealed collector housing. Under the combined action of this internal negative pressure and the external atmospheric pressure at the air inlet, most of the dust generated by the polisher at the external air inlet fully mixes with the water stored in the bottom water tank and settles at its base. The remaining minor portion of dust, carried by the airflow, enters through the internal air inlet.
